EZR Sales itself does not operate an independent database of personal or payment information. Information you provide is processed and stored by trusted third-party services used to operate the EZR workflow.
- Contact and project details submitted through Google Forms or shared files are handled within Google Workspace
- Photos and project files are stored in Google Drive folders associated with your project
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe
How We Use Information
We use your information to set up and manage your project tools, provide support, and improve the EZR Sales workflow.
Third-Party Services
EZR Sales may use trusted third-party services to operate the system, including:
- Google (forms, file storage, spreadsheets where applicable)
- Stripe (secure payment processing)
These services have their own privacy policies and security practices.
Data Ownership
Your uploaded content, including photos and item information, remains yours.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information, but no system can guarantee 100% security.
EZR Sales does not store payment card data or maintain independent user credential databases. Security of underlying data and infrastructure is managed by third-party providers including Google and Stripe. EZR Sales is responsible for maintaining reasonable safeguards around its automation, access controls, and workflows, but is not responsible for security incidents originating from third-party services, shared access links, or user-controlled accounts.
